This privacy policy specifies how we process and protect your personal data.

Delivery of our products and services. Personal data is used to contact you for the purpose of delivering products you have purchased from us, and for delivering services you have registered for (such as our newsletter). Furthermore, personal data is used for support in connection with your purchases.

We do not process any sensitive data.
 
Basis for processing personal data:
We have the following basis for processing your personal data:

  • If necessary for pursuing the legitimate interest of Belongingness in sending you newsletters, making a credit rating, and moreover, being able to provide you with effective customer service.

Recipients:
We may forward your personal data to suppliers we work with in order to support our company, such as the following:

  • Suppliers of services, technical support and customer service

  • Delivery services

  • Financial institutions and providers of payment services.

 
Storage:
We will store personal data as long as required for the purposes mentioned below:

  • In connection with delivery of our products, we will store your personal data for up to 5 years after the end of the client relationship in accordance with the Danish Financial Statements Act, unless there are specific reasons for storing the data for a longer period.

  • As long as the consent to receive newsletters has not been withdrawn, and we are not obligated to store the personal data in connection with for instance a legal obligation.

  • Generally, personal data regarding general enquiries from not registered clients will be deleted after 1 year, unless there are specific reasons for storing the data for a longer period.

 
Consequences of processing:
When processing your personal data for marketing purposes, we will analyse and profile you based on your interests and behaviour in order to make our marketing and other communication as relevant as possible for you.

The withdrawal of your consent will be of no consequence to the legality of processing carried out prior to your withdrawal of consent.

  • You have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided in a commonly used and machine-readable format.

  • You have the right to submit a complaint to a data protection authority such as the Danish Data Protection Agency.

 

You can always unsubscribe the newsletter or other communication received by e-mail or text message by using the cancellation link directly in the message. Furthermore, you can use your rights by sending an e-mail to am@belongingness.com
