How do you want to end your life and what do you want to look back on? You can always learn to generate your own energy in order to realise that the road to a life filled with power will make you powerful.
When you learn this, you will come to realise that only you can generate your own energy and help others to become better at handling their own.
Because, if you are “filled” with “power”, meaning “power-filled” or strong, you don’t have to show that you have power.
If you, on the other hand, are not filled with power, you may need to acquire it by displaying power. If you are unconscious, that is.
Here, you optimise the power of others in order to maintain your own power, but you are really the least powerful, because you haven’t learnt to generate power yourself.
In this new time, you are distinct when you are filled with power and indistinct when you are powerful without being filled with power.
You are filled with power and distinct when you listen to understand, meet people at eye level, emphasise their strengths, celebrate them and help them scale their talent.
You are filled with power and distinct when you create direction and energy that elevates as opposed to energy that drains the community.
When people feel secure and dare to be direct about their thinking and share intuition, ideas and reflections in your presence, because they feel welcome and belonging just as they are.
So, you are filled with power and distinct when you encourage people to go that extra mile, and here, that extra effort means daring to challenge the existing and help others be innovative for the benefit of the common good and for common success across the value chain.
However, you are powerless and indistinct when you listen only to speak, are sceptical, dismissive and emphasise weaknesses instead of emphasising your strengths, or in order to find scapegoats for the results, for which you are responsible and remunerated.
You are powerless and indistinct when you create direction and communicate it, as if you are able to handle the task on your own.
When you drain other people by patronising them or by using empty phrases and repeat the same rehearsed stories about your spouse and children, which no longer seem credible, just to look empathic.
You are powerless and indistinct when people don’t have the courage to express themselves freely in front of you – because they feel insecure and don’t dare or are incapable of thinking clearly in your presence.
You are powerless when you continue your indistinct behaviour by using power and make people unfollow you.
Least of all those capable of independently building a life filled with power.
Because when people no longer depend on your management of power, they see the difference between how they feel in your presence and how they feel in your absence.
This way, they learn that they thrive best when they refrain from giving you their power, because they feel drained under your management and this continues to become clearer over time.
The people following you therefore wake up - or are about to - and some will feel like Sleeping Beauty, who slept for 100 years.
You endure so much and still give your power to others - that’s how strong we are - but we are also able to quickly change direction when we become conscious of how we really feel.
Once we acknowledge that you control us by robbing our energy instead of leading us to the ability of generating more of it, we will take back our power.
All the power you have taken from loyal people, without giving back, and you seriously have to learn how to generate your own.

Because, how would it be to spend your last days realising that you weren’t able to manage on your own?
Realising that you only managed by manipulating your way through life. By using the energy of others.
Since you succeeded in misleading others into believing that they were unable to live independently without you, while you really robbed them of their power that they gave to you.
You can always change direction and free yourself from the dependence of others and even free others from their dependence of you.
As soon as your life force is based on your own energy and inner substance, you become “power-filled” and genuinely powerful. Because real power is the one you don´t show.
