Primo 2024, Anne-Marie launched a consciousness model consisting of four phases of awareness. The model, illustrated by Dan Ræder Knudsen, provides insights into the implications and opportunities for cultural scaling and result creation in a new era.
Regardless of whether we are guided unconsciously or consciously, our actions will impact the scaling of Belongingness and psychological safety or insecurity.
The latest figures from a survey conducted by researchers at the National Research Centre for the Working Environment (NFA) show that stress costs Danish workplaces 16.4 billion Danish kroner each year, equivalent to 37,335 full-time positions.
During Anne-Marie's presentation, she will inspire attendees with the model, drawing on her extensive global professional experience. This involves exploring together how unconscious versus conscious self-leadership and leadership of others guide us in different directions, impacting people's well-being, their development, and the economic value.
The good news is that consciousness is dynamic. The more we engage with consciousness as a daily discipline, the more we can influence Belongingness within ourselves and, consequently, the sense of belonging we provide to others in our presence.
